After thinking for a long time and careful deliberation, I am officially house hunting. My price range isn't all too great but I think there's a few places out there in which I can call 'home'. I'm mostly excited about having my own place for the purpose of building equity to make money but also to decorate it myself. After seeing my friends Jon and Holly with their new place, I know it would be a lot of work but will be very rewarding. Any tips for a first time home buyer?

I'll give ya some tips later on, but right now I'm late for work! haha.
just take your time, dont get emotionally attached to any place and know that you will eventually get into a place you like!
tip: you will fall in love with more than one place. there are TONS of houses out there and another will always come along.
